Service 01 · Readiness & Strategy
Know where AI fits before you spend.
The costly mistake isn't moving too slow on AI. It's spending on the wrong thing first. We map where AI actually earns its place in your organization, and give you a plan you can defend to a board, a partner, or yourself.

Talk to us about scopeThe four ingredients
Every discovery runs on four questions.
The problem
What about the way you work today isn't working, and what is it costing you?
The data
What information does the solution need, and how do we connect it?
The constraints
What software, security, and privacy boundaries do we build inside?
Success
What does the dream system do, and where do humans stay in the loop on purpose?
If we can define that vision of success, we can build it.
What you leave with
A plan with reasons attached.
- Where AI fits in your actual workflows, ranked by payoff
- What it will take: scope, sequence, and realistic effort
- What to skip, and the reasoning you can repeat when someone asks
Questions we actually get
Before you ask us anything.
How do I know if my company is ready for AI?
Ready or not, you're probably already using AI, and that's the problem. It's almost certainly in use somewhere in your organization right now, informally, without anyone approving it. Readiness isn't a technical bar you clear. It's knowing where AI fits, what it would cost you to get wrong, and who owns the decision.
What is an AI readiness assessment?
A structured look at how your organization actually works today, and where AI would remove real friction. We interview stakeholders across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, surface and rank the use cases, then hand you a technical roadmap and blueprinted specifications your own team can build from.
What does an AI readiness assessment cost?
The Enterprise AI Readiness Assessment starts at $15,000 for the discovery phase, with any build quoted separately. If your decision doesn't need that depth, a Paid Discovery Session is $300 per hour and usually runs one to two hours. The 20-minute readiness call costs nothing.
How long does an AI readiness assessment take?
Enterprise assessments are scoped individually, because the timeline depends on how many departments and stakeholders are involved rather than on us. A Paid Discovery Session takes one to two hours, and you leave the same day with a prioritized use-case shortlist.
What do I tell my board about our AI strategy?
Boards don't want a tool list. They want to know which risks you've named, which use cases you picked and why, what you decided to skip, and who owns it. That's what the assessment produces: a roadmap with the reasoning attached, in language that holds up under questioning.
